Jill Brady most recently was Executive Vice President, Customer for Virgin Atlantic where she led around 5,000 front-line customer service people including cabin crew, customer service centres, catering, Clubhouses and on-board logistics.
Jill qualified as a solicitor in a City law firm before moving into industry, and has been General Counsel for high profile brands including lastminute.com and Virgin Atlantic.
From 2009 she took on broader senior executive roles encompassing government and external affairs, human resources and sustainability. Jill has a passion for engaging teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience, often through challenging periods of change. Jill has a broad experience of developing people strategies in the context of culture, brand and change.
She studied law at New College, Oxford, is an officer in the Engineer and Logistics Staff Corps, and a trustee of Virgin Unite (Sir Richard Branson’s charitable foundation).
Jill has recently stopped full time work to spend more time with her daughters before they grow up.
